Paste this into the Styled Media Receiver's CSS field in the Cast SDK Developer Console.

2. What each rule does

1. .background - solid black behind everything, matching the app.
2. .splash - the Death.FM logo, centered, shown before playback starts.
3. .logo - same mark shown during idle/launch if there's no splash.
4. .watermark - a small 57×57px logo chip in the corner while a track plays.
5. .progressBar - the scrub bar recolored to the app's red.
